More About Me
I am someone who has always been fascinated by people. Our stories, our relationships, the things we carry with us and the ways we make sense of the world around us.
I don’t believe therapy needs to look one particular way. Sometimes we need a good chat, other times we might need to make sense of something through a story, or an image or a bit of creativity. Sometimes we just need a bit of space where we can be completely ourselves, no masks, no judgement, just freedom.
My own experiences have shaped the way I work. I know that healing isn’t always straightforward, and that understanding ourselves can take time. I bring warmth, curiosity and a little bit of humour into my work, whilst creating a space where difficult things can be explored in ways that feel safe and judgement free.
I see therapy as a chance to better understand ourselves, make sense of what we’ve experienced and find news ways forward, working a pace that suits us.
